Terms of use

Effective from 21 October 2026. By using penzkalkulator.hu (the "site") you accept these terms. The Hungarian version (Felhasználási feltételek) prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Operator

Digital Dynamics Kft., 2724 Újlengyel, Nyári Pál utca 15., Hungary; tax number 32509072-1-13; EU VAT HU32509072; e-mail: info@digitaldynamics.hu.

2. What the site provides

Free calculators, statistics and exchange rates, without registration. Results are computed from your inputs, current legislation and the named official sources (KSH, Magyar Nemzeti Bank, ECB, NAV), with the simplifying assumptions described on each page.

All content is for information only. It is not tax, legal, accounting, investment or credit advice and not an offer. We do not broker loans, recommend banks or products, or receive commissions. The actual amounts are determined by your employer, the tax authority, your bank or other competent bodies; the official sources prevail.

3. Accuracy

We work carefully, test the calculators and show the date of the data on every page. Nevertheless, errors, typos, changes in legislation or late or incorrect source data cannot be excluded. Exchange rates are official middle rates; banks and exchange offices use their own rates and fees.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage, lost profit or costs arising from the use or unavailability of the site, from decisions based on the results, or from incomplete, delayed or incorrect data.

This limitation does not apply to liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for harm to life, physical integrity or health (Section 6:152 of the Hungarian Civil Code), and does not affect consumers' mandatory rights.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, design, code, charts and our compiled data collections are protected, including as a database. Source data remain subject to their own licences (KSH: CC BY 4.0; MNB and ECB: with attribution). You may use the site and link to any page. Without our written consent, systematic or automated downloading, mirroring or republishing is prohibited. Search engines and AI search services may process and quote the pages with attribution in line with robots.txt.

6. Privacy

Your inputs stay in your browser; we use no cookies. See the privacy notice.

7. Governing law, contact

Hungarian law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions, error reports and legal notices: info@digitaldynamics.hu (also our point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act).
